Placement cell of late Bindeshwari Baghel Government College plays an important role in providing career awareness and support to the students. The placement and career counselling cell was established in year 2022 with the objective to spread awareness and motivate students towards their future goals. Most of the students of our college belong to rural areas due to which they lack knowledge about the various career aspects that prevail for them. The placement cell bridges the gap between industry and academics. The primary responsibility of the cell is to provide knowledge of various career options available to them and to provide training and develop skill to become independent persons.

 Placement and Career Counselling Cell’s Objective -

Ø  Guiding students to choose the right discipline according to their caliber.

Ø  Facilitate an environment where students are trained in communication skills, leadership, profile development, resume building, and interview skills.

Ø  Updating students about the job vacancies in various departments and sectors.

Ø  Special guidance to students who are appearing in competitive examinations.

Ø  Providing guidance and interview skills to students who qualify any competitive examination.

Ø  Providing a language lab for enhancing communication skills of students.

Ø  Conducting career guidance and counselling programs regularly.
