The Directorate of Finance (DoF) and the Directorate of Institutional Finance (DIF) are responsible for managing the finance of the colleges.  Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) in the government colleges is Principal. Income, expenditure, budgets, auditing etc. is managed by finance committee and head clerk of the college under the guidance of Principal madam.
